The project aims to train the Madona, and the Erglu, Cesvaines county municipalities of children, youth and seniors orienteering basics and create the possibility of free time to engage in sporting activities in the open air near the residence.

Build OK Arona and local cooperation of children, youth and seniors in leisure issues and healthy lifestyle.

Strengthen OK Arona operating capacity, creating opportunities for the Society for services to more people three counties.

Target group: The project will involve 450 children who have no opportunity to izbraukāt instruction and orientation activities from remote places of residence, as well as children who do not wish to engage intensively with the great sport, but willing to engage in physical activities for your enjoyment. Among them will be 360 children and young people living in remote from Riga, 80 poor families, and 10 left without parental care of children. Project will involve 20 seniors who are willing to form inter-generational collaboration.

Subproject implementation will be the place for eight parishes in the Madona district (Arona, Bērzaunes, Barkava, Kalsnava, Liezere, Laudona, Marciena Vestienas), Erglu and Cesvaines counties.

Main activities: The project will be prepared in 10 schools orienteering maps. 
470 involved in the project will acquire the training program "Orientation ABC ', the end part of the trained piedalīsies2 day of sports and recreational camp, participating in the project final competitions.

Planned Result: The project will create 10 new orienteering maps, which can be used at school and local district measures, and the Latvian people for recreation and sports events. Parishes will create environments where people spend their free time in nature recreation. 
450 children and youth and 20 seniors will have acquired the skills to navigate the area, formed a new habit - to spend leisure time actively working outdoors. Acquired skills will also be useful later in life to be able to navigate both in nature and city. Children will learn to act independently, make decisions about their behavior, gain confidence in their abilities.

10 schools 1,578 pupils in lessons and sporting events leisure will be able to set up an orienteering map.
