If a child suffers from violence in the family, then the safe environment must be provided at once or at least in perspective. The crises centres often provide the state guaranteed social rehabilitation services and in behalf of a child corporate with institutions and his/her family. The normative acts state that the communication skills between a child and parents must be evaluated. However, there are no unified and single standards.
