Latvia is made up of people with different ethnic identities. Involving all minority communities and working together with them strengthens their belonging to our community and promotes social cohesion based on shared values.

The aim of the programme is to promote social cohesion, mutual cooperation and the reduction of prejudice against and between ethnic groups.
Representatives of non-governmental organisations are also invited to submit applications for minority projects to other competitions, such as the NGO Fund and others, in order to receive funding to implement their ideas.
The project aims to promote the employment and socio-economic inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion and discrimination, including minorities.
