Project target: to implement complex events in work with youngsters in Talsi County, promoting the development of their identity, understanding about career formation and promoting their involvement in the labor market, establishment of entrepreneurship and work of youth organizations.

Project target group: youngsters in Talsi County in age of puberty (11-13 years) and youngsters who are subjected to unemployment risk (16-29 years).

Activities and results:
• Establishment of 1 innovative method and its introduction in the preventive work with youngsters, implementing a preventing camp for the 6th grade pupils ( 32 pupils)
• Promotion of successful youngsters’ involvement in the labor market/career creation (20 people)
• Promotion of youth entrepreneurship, implementing training for the establishment of self-employment and entrepreneurship „From the idea to its implementation” (20 people)
• Establishment of youth organization and activation of the existent ones, implementing training seminars and providing delivery of practical experience (40 people).
• Commonwealth Youth Initiation / promotion with Talsi twinned Prien (Lithuania) youth organizations.
• Promotion of youth voluntary work (100h)

Project results: Target was to implement complex events in work with youngsters in Talsi County, promoting the development of their identity, understanding about career formation and promoting their involvement in the labor market, establishment of entrepreneurship and work of youth organizations.
Target group: youngsters in Talsi County in age of puberty (11-13 years) and youngsters who are subjected to unemployment risk (16-29 years). Overall, project involved 121 children and youth at risk of social exclusion and poverty, as well as 11 unemployed youth.

Partnership evaluation: excellent co-operation and partnership
Activity in which partner got involved: Activity No 2 "Preventive camp 6th grade students "I am confident and friendly""
Partnership description: Task of Talsi elementary school was to ensure 6th grade students with information about activity, to inform parents about the camp, to organize all the necessary medical documentation and parent permissions, as well as to ensure that students are attending the camp during working hours – weekdays - so as to avoid situations of student absence, because of other activities planned with family during the weekends.
Partner also participated in creating internal agenda of the Camp and methodology of certain activities, based of knowledge of student needs and thereby helping to prepare the program that delivers the greatest benefits for students.
Partner organized meeting of project implementors and student parents to introduce all the parents with the program of the camp.
Partner worked independently. Communication with project promoters was organized as short work to do/future task planning meetings, basically trough the phone and e-mail.

Partnership evaluation: very good
Activity in which partner got involved: Activity No 3 "Activation of youngsters in the NGOs establishment / strengthening of existing", No 4 "Activating youngsters to labour martket / business" and No 6 "Usefull volunteering"
Partnership description: partner identified and motivated target group to participate in youth academy (Act. No 3), as well as in the framework of partner budget Youth center implemented the majority of the classes of Academy, ensuring the camp leader and organization of all the needed permits.
Partner provided facilities for the activity No.4 (careers consultations) as well as helped to attract the target group.
Partner partially participated in youth volunteer work coordination in the framework of activity No 6

Results:
• Establishment of 1 innovative method and its introduction in the preventive work with youngsters, implementing a preventing camp for the 6th grade pupils ( 30 pupils)
• Promotion of successful youngsters’ involvement in the labor market/career creation (27 people)
• Promotion of youth entrepreneurship, implementing training for the establishment of self-employment and entrepreneurship „From the idea to its implementation” (22 people)
• Establishment of youth organization and activation of the existent ones, implementing training seminars and providing delivery of practical experience (50 people).
• Commonwealth Youth Initiation / promotion with Talsi twinned Prien (Lithuania) youth organizations.
• Promotion of youth voluntary work (146h)
